How to reach “La Plata”:
By car:
Situated at about 10 km from Sassari (Province
center) in Marina di Sorso, on the coast towards
Castelsardo. By ferry:
- daily lines from Genoa to Porto Torres (at
about 10 km from La Plata) and to Olbia (at
about 110 km from La Plata);
- daily lines from Livorno, Civitavecchia and
Piombino to Olbia and Golfo Aranci (at about 120 km
from La Plata)
- daily lines from Bonifacio to S. Teresa di
Gallura (at about 80 km from La Plata) By plane:
- Airport of Alghero – Fertilia (at about 40
km)
- Airport of Olbia – Costa Smeralda (at about
110 km)

The Hotel-Village La Plata has been completely
renewed in 2000 and offers three comfortable
types of accommodation:

or with double bed) with independent entrance,

RESTAURANT
In the panoramic restaurant,
composed by a hall equipped with air conditioning
and a covered terrace, guests can enjoy every
comforts.
Buffet breakfast, rich menu,
house wine and mineral water included.
Both at lunch and dinner
the service at the table, always professional
and kind, will be the right background of exquisite
national and regional recipes.
And a barbecue, right in front
of the swimming-pool and the restaurant, let
clients enjoy best meat and fish Sardinia specialities.
For both HB and FB there are special menu
for children from 0 to 3 years (calf and vegetable
purées, steam fish, milk soup, vegetable
soup, fruit milk shakes of the house). Other products "early childhood" are not available.
Club membership card:
This card is obligatory for all guests, excepted
children from 0 to 3 years, from June to
September (see www.laplata.it for detailed info). The card must be paid at the
arrival.
Members are entitled to use the following
leisure facilities:
- use of equipped swimming pool with sun umbrellas
and deckchairs.
- 1 sun umbrella and 2 deck chairs for every
unit

staff with guest participation too

is an extra fee:

Activities in the Village surroundings:

Moreover is possible to rent cars and hire a
minibus for trips and daily excursions to see
beautiful sardinian sights, both internal and
on the coast, by boat to Asinara island and
Archipelgo della Maddalena (Caprera, Razzoli,
S. Maria, Spargi and Budelli).
