Situated at 45 km from Sassari (Province center)
in San Pietro al Mare, near Valledoria (about
2 km), on the coast towards Castelsardo. By ferry:
- daily lines from Genoa to Porto Torres (at
about 34 km from Baiaverde) and to Olbia (at
about 98 km from Baiaverde)
- daily lines from Livorno, Civitavecchia and
Piombino to Olbia and Golfo Aranci (at about
110 km from Baiaverde)
- daily lines from Bonifacio to S. Teresa di
Gallura (at about 55 km from Baiaverde) By plane:
- Airport of Alghero – Fertilia (at about
75 km)
- Airport of Olbia – Costa Smeralda (at
about 95 km)

HOTEL
We offer spacious and comfortable superior suites (about 35 square meters) from 2 to 4 beds, fully renovated with design furniture and accessories in 2011 ;
with private entrance, bedroom, living area with 2-places-sofa-bed,
private bathroom with shower, large balcony or equipped patio, air conditioning, telephone, minibar, hairdryer and TV colour LED 20 '.
There are also classic suites (about 30 square meters) from 2 to 4 beds, internally arranged
as the superior, but with classic and functional furnishings, not equipped with air conditioning, telephone and hairdryer. Note: For special needs of children 0-4 years is possible ask for the free activation of the kitchenette, at time of booking.

RESTAURANT:
In the services-center there is a large restaurant with sea view equipped with air conditioning. The service is the icing on the cake of the entire organization: punctual and professional service combined with a wide variety of national and local courses, with particular attention to seafood specialties and pastries.
And during dinner guests can enjoy unforgettable
sunsets!

RESIDENCE
The two-room apartment "Silver" 3 / 4 beds is made up of: one bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living / dining area with sofa bed, kitchenette equipped with dishes, patio or balcony with table and chairs.
The three-rooms apartment "Silver" 5 / 6 beds is on two floors: the ground floor has a living / dining room with double sofa bed,kitchenette, bathroom (with sink and toilet) and a patio ; at first floor are located one double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom with shower, balcony.
Please note that: are also available two-room apartments "Gold" and three-room apartments "Gold" internally arranged as the "Silver" but larger and in a privileged position compared to the sea.
A pizzeria / grill and a laundromat are fully available to all Guests of Residence
CARD CLUB:
This card is obligatory for all guests (both
for formula hotel anf formula residence), excepted
children from 0 to 3 years, from June to
September (see www.baiaverdesardegna.it for detailed info). The card must be paid at the
arrival.
Members are entitled to use the following
leisure facilities:
- use of swimming pool
- bowls ground

- gymnastic: collective lessons of pilates,
aerobics, latin dances
- collective courses of spinning bike (upon request), step,
swimming, canoe, aqua-gym, archery

In the surroundings it is possible to play five-a-side

Moreover is possible to rent cars and hire a
minibus for trips and daily excursions to see
beautiful sardinian sights, both internal and
on the coast, by boat to Asinara island and
Archipelgo della Maddalena (Caprera, Razzoli,
S. Maria, Spargi and Budelli).
The Management is not responsible for any activities
outside the Village.
