How to reach “Baiaverde”:
By car:
Situated at 45 km from Sassari (Province center)
in San Pietro al Mare, near Valledoria (about
2 km), on the coast towards Castelsardo. By ferry:
- daily lines from Genoa to Porto Torres (at
about 34 km from Baiaverde) and to Olbia (at
about 98 km from Baiaverde)
- daily lines from Livorno, Civitavecchia and
Piombino to Olbia and Golfo Aranci (at about
110 km from Baiaverde)
- daily lines from Bonifacio to S. Teresa di
Gallura (at about 55 km from Baiaverde) By plane:
- Airport of Alghero – Fertilia (at about
75 km)
- Airport of Olbia – Costa Smeralda (at
about 95 km)

HOTEL
Spacious and comfortable suites (from
2 to 4 beds) with independent entrance,
bedroom, living-room with sofa-bed, private
facilities with shower, spacious balcony or
equipped patio, air conditioning, telephone,
TV colour and minibar.
Pay attention: for special needs of children 0-4 years the free activation of the kitchenette can be required (at the booking request).
RESTAURANT:
In the services centre there is a large restaurant
with sea-view, provided with air conditioning.
The restaurant service is of special quality: professional service, variety
of national and regional recipes, sardinian fish
and cakes special courses.
And during dinner guests can enjoy unforgettable
sunsets!
Half Board (HB): buffet breakfast,
dinner with table-service, complete menu: hors
d’oeuvres, first and second courses, vegetables,
fruit or dessert, mineral water and house wine.
Full Board (FB): buffet breakfast,
lunch and dinner with table-service, complete
menu: hors d’oeuvres, first and second
courses, vegetables, fruit or dessert, mineral
water and house wine.
For both HB and FB there are (on request and and without any extra) special menu
for children from 0 to 3 years (calf and vegetable
purées, steam fish, milk soup, vegetable
soup, fruit milk shakes of the house). Other products "early childhood" are not available.
RESIDENCE
The bilocal 3/4 beds is composed
of: one bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living-room with sofa bed,
an equipped kitchenette, patio or balcony with
chairs and table.
The trilocal 5/6 beds is situated
on two floors: on the ground floor there are
a living-room with sofa bed (for 2 people),
kitchenette, facilities (with basin and WC) and
patio; on the first floor there are a double
room, a bedroom with bunk bed, a bathroom with
shower, a balcony.
A typical restautant Grill – Pizzeria
and a laundromat are at guests disposal.
CARD CLUB:
This card is obligatory for all guests (both
for formula hotel anf formula residence), excepted
children from 0 to 3 years, from June to
September (see www.baiaverdesardegna.it for detailed info). The card must be paid at the
arrival.
Members are entitled to use the following
leisure facilities:
- use of swimming pool
- bowls ground
- canoe
- ping pong
- gymnastic: collective lessons of pilates,
aerobics, latin dances
- collective courses of spinning bike (upon request), step,
swimming, canoe, aqua-gym, archery
- equipped playground for children

hours, suspended Saturday)
- Young Club 12/17 years (at fixed hours, suspended Saturday)
- participation to sport competitions and leisure
games

- cabaret shows organized by the Village entertainment
staff with guest participation too

is an extra fee:

- tv colour rental
- Guests in Formula Residence can use the Formula Hotel restaurant (upon request and subject to availability)
In the surroundings it is possible to play five-a-side
football, tennis and riding.
Moreover is possible to rent cars and hire a
minibus for trips and daily excursions to see
beautiful sardinian sights, both internal and
on the coast, by boat to Asinara island and
Archipelgo della Maddalena (Caprera, Razzoli,
S. Maria, Spargi and Budelli).
The Management is not responsible for any activities
outside the Village.
